kEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Conducted interview with chris jeffs, director of conference, asking about conference and providing researchers with key information.

• Gained experience in project coordination through leading a 6-person team to create communication and marketing content, providing consistent feedback, effective communication, task allocation, conflict resolution, and creative direction.

• Developed skills in team management and through creating an effective and accessible ROTA resulting in an increase of 20% in efficiency and time management.

• Through team leadership and effective communication, targets exceed 200%.

• The content produced will be sent out to 2217 researchers across the Oxford Careers Service Newsletter.

• Over the course of the week 2085 people attended with an avg. of 90 people per event.
